Internet Services T.O.S
Section 1
- Installation charges/fees taken for fiber optic or cable connection are non-refundable.
- SAONLINE is not responsible for any damage that has taken place due to electrical storms, rain, flood or other natural calamities.
- All monthly charges and fees have to be cleared within the first week of each month.
- SAONLINE holds all the rights to disconnect Internet Service of any user if Bill remains due.
- SAONLINE may provide promotional offers which will be in effect up to a certain period of time.
- All month to month bill payment has to be cleared in CASH.
Section 2
- Home user connections may be shared among a number of people.
- Only corporate users may have real IP. All home users have automatic DNS address.
- Home users are forbidden to use any wireless routers to extend the range or connection.
- SAONLINE has the right to fine up to BDT 50,000 for redistributing our connection without authorization.
- Home users can only use one Computer connected to the internet at a time.
- All users are responsible for keeping their Computers virus, malware and spyware free.
- Users may be fined for distributing such harmful software in our network.
- SAONLINE is not responsible for any illegal act undertaken by its users.
Section 1
- SAONLINE is not responsible for any content uploaded by the client after delivery has been made.
- SAONLINE holds all the rights to take down any sites that are avoiding annual renewal charges.
- WEBSITE DESIGN charges are one time and non-refundable
- Extra charges will be made for any upgrade after delivery date.
- Clients must ensure all the deliverable items are given on the moment of handover.
- Once agreement has been made to proceed with the design, client must advance 20% of the settled amount.
- Clients can use cheque or cash as terms of payment.
- Cheques cannot be dated more than two days after handover date.
- SAONLINE will provide sufficient time for the client to ensure proper design.
